I'm updating this review to say I've had a consistently great experience ordering cold brews lately. Thank you for the improvement! Old review: The staff needs to be retrained on how to make cream cold brews. I've ordered dozens from this store and they all come with the thinnest layer of cream. It's supposed to be an inch on the grande at least. I tried to fix this by ordering extra, but once in a while I get an obnoxious 3 inches of cream and less coffee than I wanted.
