Just went there, parked in a space and pushed the button and waited and noone came on to take our order and i saw it wanted us to press tbe button again for service, so we left since they appeared to be short staffed that they can't take orders from their parking spaces. Service: 1

After walking to the bathroom door, only to find out it was locked, I asked one of the employees (two, actually) if they could unlock the bathroom door. Both of them told me that they didn't have public restrooms. Yet the door on the outside of the building clearly was labeled 'Restrooms'. I was in disbelief that there were no public restrooms. The employee said that was the employee bathroom. Seems off to me. We googled reviews to see if Sonics has public restrooms only to find out that this one was reviewed as very clean! I guess it would be if no one uses it! Not to mention the tater tots were not crispy, but soggy instead. We ordered an unsweetened tea yet were brought a very sweet tea. We even confirmed on the receipt that we ordered correctly and the employee heard us correctly. The receipt did indeed show an unsweetened tea. All in all, it was a bad experience at this Sonic. The food is not good here and service is very slow. They have often not come out to the car for 15 plus minutes of me waiting for my online order. Food: 1 Service: 1

Every time we go there they have slush machine turned off stating it is broke. Considering sonic is known for its drinks this is ridiculous! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We waited at the booth yesterday for about 20 minutes and no answer while the drive thru kept moving. We left annoyed and spent our money elsewhere. Giving the benefit of the doubt, we came back today to try again and again no response from the booths for about 15 minutes. Maybe leave a sign or let the customers know that there’s a wait instead of leaving them to sit there. We ended up going through the drive through and again a long wait even though they aren’t serving anyone at the booths. Ended up being out of both of the items I wanted: pickle fries and the Buffalo popcorn chicken. Very disappointed in the service. Never coming back.
