Our food is always hot, made correctly, and the service is great. I was having an especially rough day and just the friendliness of the lady at the window really helped me. One bad apple can ruin an entire experience for someone...ordered a drink at the drive through. Wrong size. Went in to get a larger size and pay for the difference..kid was rude slapped my drink together quickly. I offered to pay and she no it's ok. I said "oh thanks! I appreciate it!" She said yup. And as I walked away "appreciate it" in a mocking tone. I wasn't rude AT ALL. Won't be goin back to that store... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
