Cool service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are low. You will certainly like the spectacular atmosphere. Got here at 11:30 since I put a mobile order in at 11:05 to have it be ready around 11:30. Now 10 or 15 minutes I can understand. But I sat and waited for over half an hour while waiting on my order. I was gonna go meet a friend for lunch while he’s on break and it went from having plenty of time to I’ll have 10 minutes to eat and chat with him. I guess they have only 3 people here but what the heck, this is a Friday, one of the busiest days of the week for anywhere and this is how they prepare for it. I did go knock on the door to ask what’s taking so long, at 11:55. Incredibly disappointed and annoyed… Thanks for nothing Sonic. If I could give no star I would! Service was outright AWEFUL! Haili is always so rude!! Never fails! Every time she is working we get an attitude from her/:And we ordered a med chili cheese fry…. Does this look like a med? The manager brought food to window and did not say thank u have a great day… NO this is what I got.. here ya go!
