We went today on 2/28/24 We had to go and get our corrected food after it was wrong. Well we placed an order as well, the person who took our order was extremely rude for no reason. And we mentioned it to the girl Izzy who brought us our food and all she had to say was “sorry it’s cold, and we have people who are still learning”. Our experience makes us not want to come back ever! Rudest people ever there! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last 3x I've been there I've gotten wrong orders, burger was thrown together & soaked the buns. Had garlic butter burger they killed it with garlic... didn't realize there was a burger couldn't taste it. Just terrible care even for a fast food place Food: 2 Service: 3

Beyond Reprieve

Update*: The one thing that I would return to Sonic for: Snickers Blizzard, has now been discontinued. Ugh, this place. Alright, so I asked for a simple change to a meal, fries instead of an onion ring and the toast. That's it. I was So nice about it! I even tipped the waitress $6 for a $17 order. I apologized for being "a pain" for requesting the substitution, but we never eat fast food and I wanted my son to enjoy the meal. When I got home, not only was the order completely wrong (we received the meal as-is, nothing like what we requested), but the food was completely inedible & ended up in the trash. No flavor, cardboard consistency, just bad! Even their fries are bad. How do you mess up fries?! Skip this place and make something at home! *(Updated) I will say this, their Snickers Blizzard is exceptional! Although, you really need to request extra Snickers, or you will only get a few little pieces. You'll have to pay for the extra. (Never mind! They stopped making these. Figures.)
