The location at 1968 Gause Blvd...needs a total overhaul!! I visited 3 times in the past few months and everytime so very disappointing. The staff clearly don't want to work at that Sonic. Over half the stalls don't work and you don't know till you pull into one. The food is definitely not like you get at other Sonics. I get the chili cheese tots and the chili is barely warm, the cheese won't even melt. Subpar at best!!! This Sonic hardly ever has any cars at it. The last few times I just drove another mile and went to the better Sonic. Yesterday I was going to stop in and try again and not 1 car in the lot, no employees in site. They looked closed at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Definitely bad for Sonic!! Something needs to be done!! I want to see a big thank you to the crew for making my favorite shape even though it's not on the menu yet. Peanut butter banana and bacon. Not only did they make it, but it looks and tastes great. Good job carrying about your job guys. 👏. This is now my new sonic it's worth the extra drive. By the way, the outside is very clean and they were very friendly over the intercom.
