Most users state that employees are appealing. The fine service is a great advantage of Sonic Drive-In. From the guests' point of view, prices are good. Guests who come to this place note that the atmosphere is homey here. But most people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Service was good only reason for 2 star. Ordered a ultimate breakfast burrito. I got something that had a bunch of other stuff in it. I HATE onions and I am allergic to tomatoes. I'm already 30 miles away as I was commuting to work. So I guess i'm gonna be hungry and out six dollars now. My boyfriend and I know if we want sonic not to go to this one because they take forever to get your food out and most of the time it is wrong. I know they are severely understaffed which is part of the problem. One time I had a mobile order and I pulled into the stall. After no response on the screen for about 10 minutes I followed everyone and went to the drive through line. There were several cars in front of me that one by one started driving off. I pull up to the speaker and wait a few minutes then I decide to just pull up to the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes looking at everyone that walked by until finally a lady came to the window. She was very apologetic and was also upset because apparently there was only 2 or 3 people working and she said this wasn’t even her location and that she was called in. I finally got my order after about 45-60 minutes. Normally I would have just driven off but I had already paid for my food online. This is one out of many poor experiences here. Usually this is my go to Sonic to but it was a terrible experience this time. Several minutes after pressing the red button nobody ever answered. Moved to a different stall, thinking maybe it was the speaker. Nope same thing again. Finally was able to order a pretzel w/cheese sauce. Got home to find no sauce. Pretzel was bad without it. Tried calling to hopefully get some kind of compensation next time I stop by. Phone rang once, than an automated message saying there was no one available to take my call. So I tried reaching customer service online, twice. Keep getting surveys asking how my experience was with online customer service and still haven't heard anything about my initial complaint. Very disappointed. I'm hoping this was a fluke, because this Sonic is usually pretty fast and the food is usually great, fresh and hot. Update- Since this seems to be the best way to get a response from Sonic. Just a few hours after this review, I finally got a response offering me a coupon for a free pretzel twist, but of course, I would have to download their app. I have no desire to do so. They asked me to respond to that email with my app info so they could apply the coupon. I responded instead saying I did not want to download their app and again have heard nothing. If I could rate a zero, I would. We ordered through the app this morning on the way to the littles soccer game. We get the and wait about 10 minutes. We notice other cars pulling out of stalls and driving around the building looking for signs of life. Wouldn't you know it, nobody was there. I was able to call customer service and get a refund. We ran over to another sonic and had our food hot and fresh in 5 minutes.

10-05-2023 7:40 PM. Ordered at drive up stall and greeted by friendly male voice. Ordered two medium chili cheese tater tots with onions and two corn dogs. The corn dogs were as expected but the tots were not. Maybe 6 tots in each order had a little chili on them, very little cheese and the rest of the tots in each were plain/uncovered and a minimal amount of onions found in each. I ordered for pickup and already I experienced most inconvenient and inconsistency I've sat through in months. I waited almost an hour to only get cold food and got only a quarter of my order, plus finding out the overwhelming disfunction in the kitchen. First I tried to get the rest of my food and the cashier assumed we kept the food to "hide", To get more than what I ordered, I had to show everything to the boy to what I had received versus whats shown on the receipt to justify for the wrongs to make rights of my order. Second, there's another incompetent employee with attitude, who is not wearing appropriate attire but practically not wearing any pants at all, just shirt hat and shoes and the shortest shorts only for slumber. No wonder nobody can do anything right in the kitchen because of the distraction and confusion going on because of the girl. Last of all I loved going to sonic for the food if not, the drinks. The staff are kind and friendly but are painfully understaffed, only the drive through was open. i think they are trolling us with how bad the food was. I dont know if something has changed but the last few years have ended my love for Sonic. The last few times I have eaten there, it's not been good, but tonight was down right 🤮 They still rock the drinks scene, but that will be all I go there for now. We love Sonic but over the last couple months this one has gone way way down hill as the service sucks !!!! It takes forever to get anything!!! And why they are taking out the drive up stalls makes no sense…… we don’t go near as much as we use to as we go other places now. Not sure what Sonic has changed but we don’t think it’s working out so good.
