The brisket is literally the best brisket I've ever had. The brisket fries are a regular favorite. They are smothered in creamy cheese sauce and beans. SOOOO good. You can't go wrong. Ribs are the best I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time, also recommend the Hatch Green Chili sausage. The potato salad was good but not great and the okra was also good. Fresh iced tea would be a nice upgrade. Definitely happy to finally have an awesome bbq joint in northern Colorado! EDIT: I received a message from the owner and they were super kind and want to make it right for us. Excited to give them another try!🫶🏻 I want to give it a 5 star because the food was good😭 But I paid for 1lb of pulled pork and I’m not joking over half was just fat/skin. Some fat is totally understandable, but this was literally all fat. We were able to make 2 little sandwiches out of it, I was super disappointed. The meat we did get was good, but it was such a waste of money. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
