They do not have a variety of food for the price of the buffet. There were only wings and chicken too overcooked. You had to ask for the dishes because otherwise they didn't bring them either. To pay a high price there are better places to eat. Sizzler is not recommended. My family and I won't be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Excellent buffet, with various choices, plenty of seating, when walking in you are promply greeted, and the servers are very polite and always willing to make your visit enjoyable. Food is good at buffet, some are over cook, especially the chicken, other then that everything else was good. The dessert section was well kept and delicious. Service has been on the decline for many months now. Todays was the worst. 25 mins to get our drinks. Waiters don't back each other up (not their table, not their problem). Cashiers are clueless of everything else not having to do with their area and don't seem to care. Restaurant was dirty and air conditioning was too low to keep the (mostly empty) place cool. Well, if you wanna waste your money, this is the place. Heavy musty and fungus odor in all place. Dirty tables and bathroom, poor service and, if you wanna eat no matter what the place looks alike, the buffet doesn't have real food.

Service is awful, the place is dirty and the table we were sitting still had leftover pieces of food left by the customers that were there before us. They didn't clean the tables. The food arrived late and the funny thing is they didn't give me the right order. The food was cold and the chicken was stiff as wood. It's a waste of time and money. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Save youserlf the bad experience. This place doesn't compare to any Sizzlers I have ever been. I wonder if it is really part of the franchise. Stay away from this aweful place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was a late night. The Hot food here was not fresh. Given I arrived with my family after 8pm. I was still expecting fresh food. Salad bar was not to bad. Best part was the ice cream. Dessert cakes were stale too. Sorry will try again when I revisit Puerto Rico. If you find my review helpful, please click like.

Here again!!! I've been here a couple of times already 🙂 The service is good. And the food is delicious. We usually get the buffet which I love. There is so many food I cam eat instead of one 🍽️... We eat and repeat all you can eat lol. I do recommend. Clean, and family friendly. Enough parking and ♿. For now they don't accept Discover it Credit card, But accept the rest😉

The service was good but the quality of some of the food, was horrendous. The chicken was dry and cold, the ground beef was overly seasoned. The look of some of the food was like if it has been standing there for a long time. Their latest meal offering shown in ads wasn't there. They said they were cooking it. But it never got out in an hour.
