I have had more than 1 bad experience there and I wasn't going to write a review but I'm at my limit with this place. The first time ever interacting with this place was over the phone. The owner (I'm guessing) was extremely rude about me asking about pricing while there website was not working. I thought maybe a stressful day and didn't think too much of it. The second time was when I finally got to make a trip to Mt Angel. The men that were there (I later found out they were both the owners) had an awful attitude towards me, almost pushing me out the door and trying to make me hurry up! The cookies are dry and taste like drywall, the "brownies" were a flavorless dough, the cake was dry and not tasty at all. The third and final interaction was just terrible. Again, very rude to me. But the worst part was while waiting for someone to come and help me. The two owners were in the bad talking bad about customers! Then when they noticed I was there one guy LICKED HIS FINGERS before coming over to help me. And yes, he did touch whatever it was he was making backups there! It's not worth it, trust me. You're better off going to the other version of this place in salem Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Obviously any trip to adorable Mt. Angel is worth it, but for diabetics or people with dietary restrictions, this place is the Mecca. Everything is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, primarily sugar free, many things gluten and carb free, but no visit is smile free because the folks working there are exceptional. The best part is how my friend didn't have to worry about what's sugar free or not, she didn't have to worry about things being in the wrong place- everything was for her. That made her day and mine. 11/2/23 Update: Someone must have looked up the laws! We went in today and the visit was very pleasant! Good job growing! Don't go in if you have a service dog. We were just told to leave because my dog didn't meet the owners "criteria". Yes, owner asked his job, husband told him Counter Balance, and we were told that didn't count. I was so looking forward to a GF low sugar goodie too!

Very nice first visit to this Bakery, incredibly friendly staff, and delicious treats! I didn't know it was a lower sugar, keto friendly place - I don't usually go for those types of desserts but they were very well done especially if you're on a restriction. The prices for this type of dessert too were quite fair. Great surprise today!

My first visit absolutely 💯 great and knowledgeable staff. The eclairs are amazing. Diabetic treats. A must stop in very worth the drive to mt.angel and prices are on point. Call ahead for large orders.

They need to open a location in Portland. Yes, they do deliver to the Portland area, but that takes planning, and I like spur of the moment things.
