We waited for 1hr + 30mins.for our food to be served (this is after multiple follow-ups with the not so nice guy and lady who works there.) Staff were not attentive in checking with costumers on how the food was, we were not given refill for the glass of water even though we did ask multiple times. I did ask for forks as we have seniors who don't know how to use chopsticks, after multiple follow ups and a long wait, the male server came and just threw the forks on the table making us feel like he's mad that we are a bother to him, major lack of costumer service. Staff always seems angry. It feels like they don't really want people dining in this restaurant and this for sure will be our last visit. No food is worth this kind of attitude, very RUDE.
