Gerardo is amazing. The steak he cooked literally melted in my mouth. The best ive ever had. He went above and beyond in his show and even did something that I've never seen done before for my sons birthday. He was funny, engaging and everything he cooked was top notch. Not as much fun when there are only 2 people at the table. Strip was over cooked and hard. My wife's chicken was way over cooked, her medium steak was closer to well done. My medium rare steak was closer to medium well but the lobster was good. Food is always delicious! I usually get Yakisoba with fried rice. Service needs improvement. We did come the weekend before Christmas but we made reservations and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes. My son only ordered sushi which we would usually get before the chef would come to cook, but it didn't come until after we asked again for it after the chef finished cooking all the other food. The manager ended up removing the charge for the sushi from our tab even though they brought the sushi at the end of our meal so that was nice. The waiters barely checked in on us. And when we asked for to-go trays, we asked multiple times before they got it right. Maybe they were just understaffed for the holidays, but other than that, the chef was great and entertaining and the food was delicious and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.
