I’m picky about the flavor of ramen, and this was delicious!! I ordered the Red Tonkotsu and the Crunchy roll. The broth was full of flavor and the pork belly was so tender it melted in my mouth! The broth had the perfect amount of spice - just the right amount of kick but not too spicy. I also ordered a mango creamy soda to help cool the spice and it helped. I love spicy foods, but my stomach does not! The restaurant is your typical walk-in restaurant with pedestal tables, some high tops but mostly regular height. We brought our one-year-old and the environment was family friendly - they even have high chairs. Overall, great experience. I’m not sure it’s worth how expensive it is, though. We spent well over $100 for everything, and that was just 4 of us eating bowls of ramen. With that said, it was still delicious. We can’t wait to try more!
