Want a burnt cortadito and attitude here’s your place. The only thing that saves my ratings is the food and the service inside is good. Otherwise La ventanita service and coffee is trash. This was my first time here. The food was fantastic. Of course, I had to try the Cuban sandwich. This was the best yet.... the service was pretty good. The price for the food was very fair. The food here is delicious. And the atmosphere and service is better than Versailles. I wish the movies would show this staple of Latin American dining. My server Francisco brought me the food quick, other places take 30-40 minutes. Not Sergio’s, you would think that kitchen and staff, was working for nascar. The way they gave me service. I was feeling under the weather and my son picked up a supposedly chicken soup when I tell you this is like dry chicken with potatoes and carrots and whatever else is in there with no juice this is far from it being a soup very upsetting I know it’s just a soup but come on at least say there’s no soup don’t give a container full of something that is not what you asked for. Best place for the Cuban American experience. Friendly staff. Hot tasty food. Cool drone servers, first time experiencing that here in Miami. Not overly sweet flan that hits the spot. So smooth, so custardy. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was friendly and attentive. A true family restaurant and lots of tasty options. The coffee is always served perfectly and their bread pairs it so well!!
