Food- amazing! Fresh and tasty love the chips and salsa Atmosphere- Chill and a vibe Service- I had Alliah super friendly and took very good care of us! Thank you 😊 I don’t usually drink margaritas, but I had coconut/pineapple one and was so delicious!! We went for happy hour, $10 margaritas, $8 wings, nachos, quesadilla. They would not substitute tequila for vodka in the margaritas. Not a problem. We ordered wings, nachos and quesadillas. What a JOKE!!! for $8 we got 4 small wings, a small plate of nachos and a cheese quesadilla made from a taco shell cut in half , not a burrito shell - so to say it was small would be nice. We were 6 people. The bartender could have shared that info. We would have ordered normal sized plates. This happy hour was NOT priced right, not worth the money. Will not return. The management was extremely rude. We were a party of 6. They were getting ready to set up a dance area. They started moving tables and chairs to make a dance floor. Then they were literally making people get up from stools at the middle island and bar area. People were eating and drinking. Then we had to stand and finish eating. The staff was following orders. I had been here before and I was excited to go back and share my experience with a friend. Unfortunately it was nothing like I remembered. We arrived later at the casino and traveled quite far so we were hungry. It was just over an hour before close and I remember having awesome nachos there before. When sat directly at the bar and we were greeted by two drink menus tossed in our general direction. I said hello and thank you to who I assume was the bar back to which I got no response. The main bartender came over shortly after and I asked about a food menu. “No, just chips and salsa or guacamole is what I can do right now.” That’s fine, chips and salsa to hold us over for a bit - except not. A large nasty curly hair was tangled up in the chips. Both drinks tasted watered down as if they thought we had been drinking all day and we needed the hydration. We were not once asked how the drinks or chips were and we paid as soon as we got the check and left as fast as we could. Both bartenders seemed more worried about leaving work than anything and frankly it was uncomfortable. The saddest part is that for two mediocre drinks and inedible chips and guacamole it cost roughly $50. Don’t go here unless you want to waste more money than on the slots! Not friendly, no bueno. First time in Foxwoods I would travel alll the way back from NYC just to get served by Lauren. She is truly a doll and the most talented bartender I’ve been served by. To bartend happy hour alone is one thing but to do it with providing exceptional customer service is a gift. Thank you Lauren!! Best bartender in FOXWOODS.

Drinks are pricey, There’s more security there than patrons. It was more like being in a classroom than in a lounge. False Advertisement on the website, Went to celebrate a birthday and we were told that you can bring the cake in and then told a few minutes later that we couldn’t cut it in there. Last but not least my sister was on FaceTime with her husband and security came and whispered in her ear that you can’t record the dancer. And trust me NOBODY wanted to record that so called dancer. My two year old nephew dances better than that. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
