Ordered their Chicken Karaage appetizer and Tonkotsu Ramen. The Karaage was great! Juicy and seasoned well but as for the Ramen, it tasted nothing like Tonkotsu. It was very watered down and very disappointed that they only serve their ramen eggs as hard boiled and not traditionally soft boiled (didnt help that they show their ramen with a soft boiled egg in the menu) I was hungry and I wasnt going to waste my time sending it back to be redone, especially since they have it posted on their door and inside that they are understaffed. But overall i didnt bother to finish all of my noodles and drink the broth. Ive been looking for a ramen spot near me that does it right and tonights experience tells me that Im not going to be making Sasuke Ramen my "First" choice. Overall, 3 stars for my tonights visit.
