What a dining out nightmare 😬First and last time i will be coming here. To start off. my open table i was told to sign in to be seated for was taken by a random walk in couple, who were not waiting nor told to sign in in order to have a table . several parties seated after my group were served and gone before my party of 3 had been served all 5 items our first course AYCE . We had to ask for ginger/wasabi and appetizer plates along with refills on our water and clear our own table. It took a total of 4 people to fulfill our order for our party of 3 and all "serving parties" failed to provide a decent level of customer service altogether. Forget about ordering multiple rounds, you wont even het your first round items in one round! Our table was repeatedly overlooked in favor of tables that came after us so badly that the restaurant was nearly empty by the time we got our check to go. This experience easily takes the cake for the worst restaurant service ive ever had in the 25+ years ive lived in this area. Sushi rolls here are good but their quality of service needs to drastically improve. This place definately needs new management because they are failing both their patrons and employees. I prefer to spend more elsewhere for a less than miserable dining out experience than to come here again.
