Oh my Goodness, another delightful visit to Rosa’s Cafe! My wife and I visited the Rosa’s in Rockwell (we visited several in the DFW area in the past and all seem to cut from the same mold) Very sanitary, quick, courteous, great hot food, Very very reasonable with their pricing, great employees, not one complaint! Another 5 star restaurant. Since I have never been to Rosa's, I ordered the deluxe Mexican plate. It offered a variety of food.....1 hard taco, 1 tostada, 1 enchilada, and 1 tamale. All were fantastic. They are not shy on the portions. This place never fails. Great and good and quick too!! But not "Fast Food" I think everyone loves Rosa's Cafe... Well the great state/Country of TEXAS. The food was quite good. The fresh made tortillas are excellent. The atmosphere is fun, a bit loud but not too overwhelming. The prices aren't terrible and the food portions are pretty good sized. The food comes out so fast! I ordered the beef enchiladas and queso and chips. Everything was nice and warm, the tortillas always taste very fresh, the queso was nice and cheesy and it was plenty of food to fill me up. The atmosphere is very colorful and the line was very fast. Quality is always consistent. Food is always prepared very quickly. Margaritas are plain but good enough for how cheap they are. Salsa bar is always fresh and clean. I wish they had hotter salsa but that is a personal preference. The Chile verde is my favorite thing on the menu. We lived Rosa's great food ,fun, beautiful atmosphere. They make the tortillas right there and you can watch through a large window. It's order at the counter and pick up when ready. Large seating area and lots to look at 3 fountain drink areas, a salsa bar, and did I mention food is amazing . Large portions and fresh tortillas. It's a must visit for me. This was my first trip post pandemic and the first stop was here after leaving the airport. There were many good selections to choose from but decided on the fajitas. The portions were great for their price. I did not have to wait long for my food after I ordered which was a plus. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish which is a rare find in NC.
