I happen to stop by the truck at the flea market, all I can say is DON'T HESITATE & FOLLOW THE SMOKE (their motto). Amazing bbq lived in San Antonio last year and my bf worked at the apartments across the street, we’d get bbq sometimes and omg it’s so mouthwatering everything is cooked and seasoned to perfection.
