We are a family of five and pick up from Rocco’s quite often. Husband loves the Double Dog House burger, my boys love the fried fingers, the wings are amazing and one of my favorite entrees is the fried catfish (it is light, crisp, seasoned well and never oily). Even the side salad, they use Bibb lettuces instead of bagged iceburg and be prepared to order extra sauces because their crispy ridged french fries are awesome in the savory Roc sauce or the sweet honey mustard. I ordered the wings and tender combo and the young lady with the pink or purple hair was extremely rude. After I ordered my food I proceeded to go in to use the restroom and when I asked her where the restroom was, she pointed as if she really didn’t want to tell me. Furthermore, once I got back to my car I realized there wasn't enough mild sauce on my wings as well as being cold so I went back inside and asked if I could get a remake on the wings but they offered to remake the entire order which I was ok with but once I left and tasted the wings they were gooey and taste as if they were already old which made me sick to my stomach. I most definitely will not be eating here again.
