We wanted to celebrate our anniversary here because we had heard a lot of good about this place.
When we wanted to book a table via the website we were forced to choose from either the A la carte street food, Taste of Mexico (7 dishes) or the Brief taste of Mexico (5 dishes). We read the menu and decided to go for the 7 dishes.
When we arrived at the restaurant they asked us what we wanted to eat and we told them that we had booked the 7 dishes menu on the website. The staff informed us that they did not serve this at the moment and that there was a problem with the booking site.
Ok, that can happen, so we chose the Sharing menu, but since my wife is allergic to pork we wanted to change the pork tacos to the vegetarian tacos. But those were not available, but they had another dish which was taco with hibiscus. I find it strange that when you have only 4 dishes on the menu you run out of the one containing potatoes and onion.
We got the first dish, guacamole with tostados, which was a vary tasteless puree of avocado. No chilli, no tomatoes, no garlic, just a "hot sauce" on the side.
Then we got the tacos, which were very fatty and only tasted burned cheese. Both the beef and vegetarian tasted the same and we both didn't eat them all.
The dessert was ok and the staff which was very friendly all the time, and also gave us a small cake as a compensation that we did not get the 7 dishes menu.
Now it's 2 days later and the booking site still lets you choose all 3 alternatives, even when I showed the staff exactly what was wrong.

Excellent food and service!
The decor was very Scandinavian and not what we expected (maybe a little more Mexican rowdiness?)
But the tacos were delicious and drinks likewise! A huge recommendation !

Skön miljö och fin inredning. Ok mat men inte så prisvärd. Vi tog den lite större sharingmenyn, tråkigt nog var alla varmrätter inburna inom 20 minuter efter vi anlänt. Man vill ju hinna njuta av varje rätt och känna smakerna, inte sitta med fyra olika rätter på samma gång. Då bad vi ändå att de skulle ta det lugnt och vänta med serveringarna.

I had a business lunch at Tizne today and am so glad I chose this particular restaurant.
I had a starter, main course, and dessert consisting of a Mexican pastry and Mexican spiced coffee.
The dishes were well-composed with wonderful flavors but were also very beautiful to look at.
I had a meat taco and my guest had a fish taco and both of us were extremely satisfied.
Great service from the moment we arrived until we left, wonderful premises and a truly magical decor and lighting (they have gotten rid of the pendants and invested in spotlights instead).
It is evident that the owners really strive to make this restaurant as good as possible!
This restaurant goes up to my top 3 in Gothenburg and there will be MANY visits to come.
Looking forward to trying their large menu along with quality Tequila.
