So it's a mixed review for me. I haven't been here in over 10 years. We were greeted by an amazing hostess she must have been a manager she was so friendly and professional. We had no wait and were seated immediately. They have the bottomless fries which is great! Just order a refill of fries as soon as you start getting low. We tried the sweet potato and garlic fries. They are delicious!! We ordered the blue cheese burger and the BBQ River burger. The problem was when we got them the blue cheese burger had no blue cheese and the bbq burger had no bbq sauce!(before and after pics included) It was immediately remedied when we showed the waitress. She was decent but you can tell she was tired and was the only one in our section with a lot of tables to wait on. Other than that it was really good food! Went to Red Robin for the 1st time with my roommate. We were there for lunch and both of us had burgers with endless french fries. Everything was fresh and cooked exactly the way we asked. It was my roommates birthday, so his burger was free! Great deal and would go again. The food is very heavy. It made our teenagers feel sick and they only ate a bit more than a quarter of their burgers and they couldn't have milkshakes for dessert like they wanted. I had my burger in a lettuce wrap to try to balance out how heavy their patties are. The server was very nice and we loved her, BUT we kept getting our food brought out incorrectly and she took forever to bring out refills of drinks and fries. Their fries are delicious! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, but I don't see us coming back just for some fries since nothing else was worth eating. Almost $150 for 5 of us to have very mediocre food. I make way fancier burgers with leaner premium grade beef that won't even set us back $20 with fries on the side.
