The service was very slow when we went but found that was due to poor management. The manager let staff go early thinking it was going to be a slow night. Poor decision for sure! Old tables were not getting bused/floors dirty. Service was very slow! Our waitress was overwhelmed with having to pick up extra tables, training a new employee who was shadowing her, but tried her best to accommodate. Today I visited the location for a simple lunch. Not knowing that I would receive a huge blessing. I just wanted to get out and have something simple. I was seated and waited for my waitress to come. She came and introduced herself (Courtney) . She offered the specials and I declined because of my budget and my appetite. Her body language never changed. She took my offer and returned with everything. Just so polite. The manager (Lo) came by to ask if everything was OK. She was walking around greeting and engaging with the customers. We take so much for granted. I asked Courtney for her manager. Of course I know that she thought something was wrong. I wanted to let her manager know how well she treated me and how pleasant she was. People are very quick to complain about the service, but how often are we quick to give a compliment. Common courtesy is rare these days, so I just wanted to share with everyone my very pleasant experience at this Red Lobster. Thank you Ladies. Visit this location for a pleasant experience. First time to be at this restaurant. Honestly, not bad. But I found plastic wrap in my coleslaw, that means kitchen works really fast…. I guess this coleslaw is from outsourcing but not home made. The lobsters are good. But the steak…..well…..don’t order it, please. The butterfly shrimp, pre made, not fresh. After I removed the cracker cloth(it is super thick) the shrimp is very dry, at least it is over fried, this shrimp seems lay in the fridge for quite a long time. Tastes oily, dry, bitter don’t order. By the way, the coconut sauce tastes very industrial, the olive oil….just oil, doesn’t know what is that for, tasteless. We had the Ultimate endless shrimp feast deal. We picked choice of 3 types of shrimp from the menu. Out of Garlic shrimp, Coconut shrimp and Grilled shrimp skewer; we loved their New!Crispy Dragon Shrimp 🍤. That was the best one. Beside that the other types did not taste so good. We gotten tired at the end of the endless shrimp feast. We recommend going early if you are going for dinner by 8 PM. Because it looked like this restaurant has short staff. We had to wait over 30-40 minutes after we got our ordered shrimp. The staff service was friendly. There are better Red lobster 🦞 location than this one which we experienced. We would definitely order different items on the menu next time. Had a great date night with my wife I got the crab linguine pasta and my wife had the Southwest shrimp bowl for our appetizer we had the crabby cheese fries great service, and the food was hot and fresh we had a great night

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The endless shrimp was delicious. Loved the new TEQUILA LIME & the addition of popcorn shrimp. The coconut shrimp are still our favorite & the Shrimp Scampi in garlic butter are yummy. Our server ASHTON did such an amazing job!! He was attentive and friendly. Went here this evening about 5 pm. had the endless shrimp for $20.00, which was pretty good. Lobster mashed potatoes were good and could have been better. Or a little more Lobster on top. Cole slaw definitely doesn't recommend it. The server has so so. My cup sat empty for 15 minutes. I even asked for a refillbrought drinks for the table beside me, but still no drink! Had to ask again for a refill. Asked for 2 refills of shrimp waited and waited and waited. I believe she forgot. The server reached my table and wanted to take the sugar off my table. I was using very odd and rude. The manager, all he was worried about, was walking around with his head stuck in the tablet. Never check on guests! It was ridiculous. He walks around not once to speak to anyone. The woman's restroom is no toliet paper, and you should really take a good look at the back of the bathroom door. The stale doors are black, and the flity! Shame on yall!! My first visit here I was like eww gross . This place is a go to spot at least once a year for the endless shrimp. We love it here it’s always so inviting and delicious food. Tonight’s experience was a little off, there was trouble in the kitchen it seems cause it took about 30 minutes and still never got my refill of “endless shrimp “ I’ll go back because I like it just seemed to be a tough night for the kitchen.
