Went to eat dinner with another couple and ordered our food, the other couple got food and we waited for 30 minutes and still hadn't been served. We cancelled our order paid for our overpriced drinks and left. Only good part was the waitress was professional and nice. Atmosphere: 1

Our daughter ( received her master's) and had a graduation party here, the finger foods were great and there was chocolate chip cupcakes with chocolate chip frosting plus a mini chocolate chip cookie in the frosting those were wonderful. It's beautiful inside, few pictures w/ cute sayings, some merchandise to purchase should you so desire - I had a grape wine slushy which tasted awesome - couple tables w/ chairs that actually my husband ( 6 foot 3inches) could sit comfortably at, a cute fireplace, the decorations are fantastic and for a small place there was plenty of seating and they also have a small bar to sit at. I recommend you try it for yourself. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Rack’s is the perfect spot if you want to have a relaxing meal with family or visit with friends! No rush to eat and leave. Consistently provides fresh ideas for great entertainment. The menu is unique for the area. We had my husbands 50th birthday party there and the provided a meal for everyone to enjoy. 100% the best gathering spot in Elkland. Had the pleasure to visit Racks this weekend. The food was fantastic, and I would highly recommend the Citrus IPA they have on tap. My wife also had their peach hard cider and she loved that as well.
