Associate friendly and helpful in all their departments. Check-out was also friendly to their customers. The store was clean and easy to walk around in.

Went for lunch. The salad bar was closed, not happy about that. Had the daily special. Baked pork chops, they were good.

The worst. Employees don’t smile at you, greet you, or help you. I’ve known about the customer service for years but today was worst. I asked a young employee if they could look in the back for something for me. She said “if it’s not on the shelf, we PROBABLY don’t have it.” I knew that was false since I was looking for soda and vendors keep back stock in the back. I approached the assistant manager. I greet him, by the way, as he can’t be bothered to say hi or acknowledge your existence as he walks past you. I ask him. He says the same thing. I call him out as I know there’s soda pop in every grocery store’s back room because I worked for Coca Cola. He reluctantly goes and checks and what do you know? It’s back there. Even my father made a comment about how terrible their customer service was when he visited years ago and went there. You’re better off at Walmart across the street. Same bad customer service, but at least the prices are cheaper.

Cindy in customer service helped me by calling Michael's for me to find special Bakers ammonia for Swedish cookies. Also the butcher helped us get trimmed and great looking brisket for Christmas Day. Thanks to both of them.

The Price Chopper staff really went above and beyond for me the other day. I was trying to get the most out of the weekend gas deal by spending $150+ but didn't realize beer wasn't included. It took several folks to work out a return of all my stuff and to repurchase, adding $12. It all worked thanks to them!

Had a unique situation. Walked in expecting issues but the manager who was expecting me to come in was at the counter and gracefully helped me with a smile. I was so impressed with her, her store and several other friendly employees that day I would drive there to shop if I could because I'm not crazy about my Price Chopper that is much closer to my house.
