My family has ordered from this place at least a dozen times and they have never gotten the order 100% correct. The toppings are wrong and the sandwiches are inconsistent. And on top of that, this place takes wayyy too long to make food. I always have to wait when I pick them up. Today the employee who took the order talked over me, made me repeat myself multiple times, and I had to wait for 10 minutes once I got there. And they still got it wrong. Never going to this Primos again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is always delicious and staff is always friendly. Never have to wait more than 10 min for food when I order in store. When I call ahead my order is always ready when I get there! Order was done when I got there. I was short on cash for chips and the nice lady took care of the 1.15 I was short. I understand it's Christmas eve but I got home to find the sandwiches were wrong.
