What a beautiful birthday dinner I had. The service is exceptional. I do Appreciate all the staff and their hard work. It truly was a beautiful place & experience. As this was one of the first times I got to experience something a little more, Let's just say fancy! We will be back! I highly, recommend this restaurant to any others as well. Enjoy. We sure did. Great food, service, and atmosphere. We started with Espresso Martinis with Bailey's, caramelized figs and their special appetizer of the night. The martinis were great and well balance, The caramelized figs paired perfectly with its accompaniments, and the short rib stuffed ravioli looked heavy but was very light and had a delicious citrus taste. For our entrees we both had a Delmonico with the best creamed spinach and roasted mushroom sides we've had. We finished with a chocolate fudge cake that was delicious. Our waiter, Bist, was exceptional and often came to the table to make sure everything was okay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor was great! Soooo so good. Service, food, vibes… electric my guy ELECTRIC. We got the sesame loaf (best bread I’ve ever had), salmon tartar, oysters. Beef Wellington, Mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and some other sides everything was delicious. Plus service was amazing and they had the best desserts ever. Absolutely fantastic. All the way around. Porterhouse for 2 left us with extra. Great wine pairing. Spinach and mushrooms sides were excellent. My friend and I were l were looking for a new dining experience on the water. A colleague recommended Prime. What an absolute gem. Food, atmosphere, service, service and did I mention service? Prime location Right on the water. Very beautiful restaurant. Besides that I don’t really see anything that special . Service is average and I have definitely had better food. $78 for lamb chops . Was not worth it . I’ve have much better in Manhattan . I don’t live in the area so I would see no reason to come back . The price does not seem worth it . Beautiful location and establishment. The view outside is amazing. The drinks were fresh and delicious. They do not serve lunch on weekends. Their menu is truly a dinner menu only type deal and is quite pricey. A terrific restaurant to get fresh made to order seafood and steaks. Their extensive wine list compliments their food. The sushi is very good! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great place to just go for appetizers and drinks and sit on their outside deck. Wonderful service from their dock master- Mike! Highly recommend! The service and environment were fantastic. Our server was polite, made great recommendations, and sparked interesting conversation. The food was good but not fantastic. For the price I would expect better. The Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly, but the sauce was overwhelming. Beautiful venue, kind staff, however waited over an hour for food on a Monday evening. I asked for medium rare and was essentially given a seared raw steak, after waiting for an hour, not the experience I was expecting. The waiter was kind enough to volunteer to take it back and flash the steak and the manager quickly came and took care of it personally which was a nice touch but still upon return the Delmonico steak failed to impress. I opted not to finish my meal and not get dessert either, as I wanted to cut my losses. I will say that my guest had a much better experience with their food than I.
