Food was good service was good atmosphere was good as well. So why 4 stars? Well, when hubby and I got home to shows me this picture, he took of the urinal from Popeyes men's bathroom. I gaged several times , I can only imagine. He said he flushed it a couple of times, and it didn't change. Now I understand that there aren't really enough people who want to work. But THERE ISN'T ANY REASON FOR THIS!!! I mean, if other fast food restaurants can keep everything clean, especially those restrooms, so should Popeyes NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. Service was borderline horrible. Walked in to pick up some chicken and no staff paid any attention for about 3 - 4 minutes. Meanwhile, the manager is yelling and berating an employee for some type of mistake in an order. When the manager finally got around to taking my order, she was rude and impatient. The chicken was okay, but the pieces were unidentifiable. You couldn't really tell between a breast and a thigh and one piece was a mystery that no one wanted to eat. For 29 bucks, I would expect more than this. Probably will not go back. This place is disgusting. Wasted 10 bucks on chicken here today. There's garbage everywhere outside. It is a trash heap. Violation of health codes. The food is incredibly gross. It needs to be shut down ASAP by the health department. Or by the construction of the new highway overpass. Just don't just don't go here.
