We haven’t eaten at any Popeyes in years because of horrible service and chicken size and quality dwindling. We forgot about this location and decided to give it a try. We have been back two weeks in a row and are very satisfied. Customer service is top notch. Food quality and quantity is great. The manager is always there working with the team and making sure orders make it out. There is a wait sometimes but, we don’t mind if means we get fresh hot food. We will be back. This location is ALWAYS super slow. We waited for 20+ minutes and we were missing items (gravy for chicken tenders). The lady that brought our food was very nice though and gave us some free apple pies for the wait. I thunk they gave us extra tenders too. Drove from Wills point. Ordered wings. Took 20 mins to get order. It was hot. But they got the order wrong after 20 mins. Won't be back even though they would replace the order. No thanks, I don't want to drive back to Quinlan. I'll drive to Canton for now on. Food: 1 Service: 1

It's West Tawakoni, so I don't expect much for atmosphere, but this location is very consistent with quality meals, and very friendly staff. I'm always greeted with a smile, and every time i order a large French fry, they tell me it's gonna be about 3 min.. and I just love the confirmation that my meal is being made fresh to order. I ordered the shrimp tackle Box and on the sign on Is there windows shows it comes with shrimp fries and a biscuit.when I get my order it only had the shrimp. 7/1/22 my wife went thru the d/i and ordered a 12 piece family meal, spicy, which included a large red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and white gravy, and six biscuits. Cost $35.71 with tax. Upon arriving home, we found 10 pieces of chicken, half spicy and half regular, but there was only one breast and one wing, the rest was 5 thighs and 3 legs. They provided two large red bean and rice containers, and four biscuits. I immediately called the facility and a lady answered the phone and advised the manager would call back. On 7/2/22 I called the store again as I didn't hear from anyone, I did get voice mail and left a detailed message. Again I called 7/5/22 but the phone only rang and no one picked up. On 7/11/22 I called twice and the phone just range and rang, no one answered. So I went to the store and spoke with the manager John. I explained what had happened and advised him that I would prefer to get either the money back or a gift certificate. He only offered to provide 1 large side, and six pieces of chicken. I again asked for a refund and he claimed that we should have just brought the chicken back for replacement. I told him I attempted contact with him the day of purchase but no one ever called back. It's a 15 minute drive to the store, and that night I opted to just get a pizza at Luigi's next door instead. I told John the Popeyes store manager that they had seen the last of us and that he could read the entire sage on social media. My recommendation to others: find a different place to eat. The cleanliness of the store has always concerned me as it looks nasty. I've enjoyed Popeye's chicken for several decades, however my family and I will never go back to the store in Quinlan, Texas. I also noted on our receipt that John was the one who filled the order. Good grief.

This location is not open for indoor dining. You must order in the drive through. The drive through operator seemed confused and I had to repeat my order several times. I only ordered one combo meal. After three attempts, she repeated my order back to me correctly. At the window, I paid for my order and was given my beverage. She asked me to pull forward because they were cooking my food. After about five minutes, another person came outside to hand me the food. Upon inspecting my order, I realized that it wasn't what I ordered. I pulled back around to the window. A third person appeared and I explained that my order was incorrect. She immediately got an attitude and told me that's exactly what I ordered. My receipt and the menu reflected differently as I calmly explained to her. She returned to the window with the correct food after about two minutes and handed it to me with no apology. I was never rude, loud, or disrespectful to anyone at any time.
