ordered food from DoorDash and it was cold and very much old .. i tried calling the store 3 times so far with no answer .. i will continue to call until im able to get in reach. my $18 is not going to waste. i have all the food and the receipt to return. i will be showing up to the store !

Was terrible a few months ago went there this week after getting a coupon in the mail.Noticed all new help and manger.Food was great not greasy like before biscuits fresh and not hard.sides very good and restaurant clean . Somebody did something right by getting all new help.Will return. Can't believe the difference so much better.order months ago was trash and nasty.Popeyes is again my favorite .ps went back again was just as good . Give that manager a raise.Read the reviews was lousy before.Give them another try .

Went to popeyes and ever since new workers came the place has went down hill. I asked for 24 pieces of wings the worker states we have all flavors and then only ghost pepper only. I told him that undermines all flavors. I asked I just want original before you add sauce. I got frustrated and drove off. Then the workers I can hear laughing and talking in spanish. Since they've changed workers they leave items out of order and the laugh back in spanish I don't find nothing funny. I asked the worker to add a drink at the drive thru at a separate occasion she rolls her eyes and says something in spanish to a coworker. This and the belair location has gone down hill. Just comprehend basic English. I'm sorry it's not something I should teach you.

Food was great but doors were closed at 9:30, had to go through drive-thru, then I was told they were out of wings which I already had ordered online, was promised chicken tender instead, got my bag, my instinct told me to check the package, pulled over at parking lot and checked, no chicken, no mayo sauce for which I paid extra. Went back, waited for another 15 minutes in line, guys gives me chicken and a splash of the sauce. No hospitality and no regret for messing up my orders. I honor the hardwork you guys do but please respect people’s time and listen to your customers. However, I admit Popeyes has the best crispy chicken sandwich. Please improve your service.

Food was great, the people working were awful. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich with just chicken with Mac n cheese, unsweetened tea with no ice with a little bit of sweet on top. I got spicy chicken sandwich with pickles, fries and full sweat tea filled in front of me. After saying I wanted unsweetened the manager took it into the backroom, I guess where they keep the unsweetened tea, and filled up my cup. While waiting I witnessed a bunch of backroom/unsweetened tea workers come out and stare at me. They also spoke a different language. I refused the unsweetened tea , the manager filled my Mac and cheese appropriately and I got a new cup.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Left one start just so I can leave this review. if you want dry,old, cold, chicken tenders and fries this is the place for you. To make matters worst there was no sauce or straw for my drink. Should've know this would be horrible when my French fries arrived in a bag. I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Food was not edible at all. I've eaten at several other locations and I've never received any food like this. Don't do it to yourself.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve been two I specifically asked for fresh popcorn shrimp because EVERYTIME I come they always give me old shrimp. Everything else is always fine but they always give me old shrimp. Anyways today I specifically asked the lady for fresh shrimp, she asks me can I wait, I said yes. 15 minutes later they brought out my food I did a taste test and they were warm. I get all the way home and as I go through the box more these challenged adults put a couple fresh shrimps on top of a bunch of old ones. It’s literally disgusting the shrimp were so old it kinda looked like little fried roaches. I’ve called the store multiple times no answer of course. This place should literally be condemned. From horrible customer service to just the filth they serve this place needs to be closed down.

Absolutely worst fast food experience. It's late and I have a long drive ahead. Since it's late I understand that it's limited staff and the wait will be long. I sat 25 mins in total until I got my food. Supplies were low.... again, I understand. BUT I can only give so many chances. After not receiving a receipt and finally getting a small meal. I began to realize the food I received was not prepared right. First I ate some fries and then realize it had a shimp in mixed with the fries. I am allergic to shellfish!!!!!! Lucky I was able to spit it out instead of swallowing. I still had just enough for a mild reaction. And so that was a huge waste of money and had to tross the fries. I went to clear my mouth with my drink, absolutely horrible warm soda... and I'm like okay, this can't be all of the food Maybe the chicken sandwich okay. Wrong the food was absolutely cold to being under cook. I was so upset it was pointless to even go back! Clearly the manager doesn't check in on staff who is helping the drive thru and food pre just absolutely upsetting, I wasted money for nothing. yes it's like 6 bucks, but 25+ almost eating something that could have made me go to the hospital. As a Google reviewer don't go there at night and for the manager, help your staff and ensure they have supplies and MOST OF ALL DONT MIX SHELLFISH AND OTHER FOODS TOGETHER
