Pollo Regio is always a good place to get a lot of protein for a good deal. The half chicken is always fire and has about 100g protein, including the rice and beans. The sides, chips, and salsa are always really good here too. This location is consistently on point with everything and Byron and the other employees always provide exceptional service. Let me start by saying the place was very clean and smelled great . The half chicken I ordered was just simply delicious ! Very juicy and tender ! Very friendly staff as well! Not to mention I got checked on to see if everything was ok with my order , believe his name was Byron ! This is what makes locations like this stand out ! The first time I ate here I went through the drive-thru. As soon as I got my food I pulled over and parked to eat because I was so hungry. The food was amazing probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in awhile! The chicken was delicious and the green sauce is amazing with beans rice tortilla and not to mention their salsa buffet is what keeps me coming back lol. Miranda was the one at the front taking orders and her service was awesome. The food is so good I started to come back with my husband and kids and now this is one of our fave spots to come to eat as a family. They are fast, friendly and my youngest son whom is 8 has approved of their food and he’s a picky eater. Do not waste your money here!! Charged me almost $2.00 for guacamole just fill up half a container… not to mention it was bland and tasteless.. absolutely not worth it and they’re excuse was “we only give 2 ounces” absolutely ridiculous prices, service, and taste!! I know very little Spanish but they didn't make me feel as though I couldn't order. I appreciate the lady who was working at the drive thru as she was super nice and made my son and I feel so comfortable. Food is great, Excellent customer service!!!
