Pizzeria Santa Caterina Pizzeria en Gioiosa Ionica

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizzeria Santa Caterina recently and I can say without a doubt that it is one of the best pizzerias I have ever visited. The pizza/pinsa is incredibly light and full of big air bubbles, making it very easily digestible. The variety of pizzas is also impressive, with options ranging from classic Neapolitan to more unique creations like Pippo Callipo (with pomodoro, mozzarella fiordilatte, cipolla di Tropea and tonno). The restaurant also offers a great selection of local craft beers, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were taken care of. I highly recommend Pizzeria Santa Caterina for anyone looking for a truly delicious pizza experience.
