I always get take out since we live too far from the store. Maybe that's why the food is always hot, at any rate our orders are always hot and the staff answers my questions and is patient with me while I try to make up my mind, the kids like to change their minds at the last minute and the staff never makes my feel like I'm being rushed. Order placed on 3/1/24 told it would be delivered in 30 min. Had to call after an hour and a half because delivery not made. Spoke with manager who should have applied discount since this order was an hour overdue yet mgr merly apologized and offered no discount as any reputable company would have. filed complaint with corp office. Stay away from this place! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My local Pizza Hut isn't a "dine-in" eatery, it's delivery & take-out only. Honestly, I don't think Pizza Hut is what is was in the 80's and 90's but it's still the innovator of Stuffed Crust and a Large 1-topping stuffed crust for $13, it'll get my business once a month or so. Food is good, but the waiting area is very small, and there is no screen to let you know when your order is ready, so if they get busy, you might not know when you can take out your order.
