I wish I could say 'it might have been a fluke?' but it's not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. My order was placed online for "curbside pickup". It was one pizza & one of the bread appetizers.🍕 When I got there, there was No where to "check-in" on an email, or website or the Pizza Hut app. During all this searching for a check-in link, I never saw even one person go inside, or come out, or pass by to indicate there was anyone there. No open or close sign. I tried calling my local store and it kept kicking me over to an answering service in another country. The worst part was when I was finally at the counter to get my curbside order, a girl comes out from somewhere in the back carrying a mop & was a little sweaty looking. Without greeting me or washing her hands, she puts down the mop next to the "warmer" where my pizza was, and grabs my 2 boxes out & hands them to me! Not one word from the one employee. Oh and the food wasn't good either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We LOVE Pizza Hut! When we have ordered personally, the food is always amazing and arrives very quickly when delivered. We also place large orders with them for our church and they always have our order ready on time. We are so appreciative of the helpful staff and their willingness to provide quality customer service! Ordered the big dinner box, and got two small extra crust pizzas. The man at the counter stated that they were out of the square dough to make the pizzas I ordered. I find it very hard to believe that the person making the orders for stock would neglect to consider what the business needs for their customers. Very disappointed in management here. Noah, the guy at the counter, has been accommodating in making every attempt to amend for the unprofessional choices of the management. Notice there is no difference in the pizzas. One was ordered to have light sauce, the other to have extra. It seems no matter where I try to eat around Santa Fe, ordering online is a huge mistake.

This place went from awsome service to jumble mumble. They had a great crew maybe 4 months ago. Super friendly and had your order ready to go.
