Fish Cake Rice Noodle Soup Bánh Canh Chả CÁ
This place has the best veggie pho I've ever had! First of all they don't use chicken broth like a bunch of other pho places in the area, they make vegan broth. I've only gotten takeout so I don't know how it is in person, but we get a huge container stuffed with veggies.
They also always include 3 types of tofu-seasoned, fried, and silken, and 2-3 types of mushrooms. It's always a little different based on what's in season, but it always has bok choy, carrots, and cauliflower, onions, and fried scallions.
This is my go-to when I need veggies without wanting to cook. My only complaint is the bok choy is whole, so I usually cut it up at home. But it's super delicious, so it's worth it to me.

Vegetarian Pho
Nice place to have a Vietnamese soup, soups wasn't as good as I thought, but it was quiet and calm atmosphere, service was good,nothing out of the ordinary, price little to high... overall on the scale of 1 to 10, I will said 6 to be fear.

Bún Bò Huế Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup
The BEST pho. I’m not kidding. The BEST. I’ve tried pho restaurants all over NoVA and DC, there’s nobody that really compares. The most consistent pho too, everytime I order it tastes the same. I usually order a pho, go get groceries next door and pick it up as I leave. Great prices, I highly recommend!!
