Come to this restaurant for a break and taste perfectly cooked salads, pies and meatloaf. From the visitors' point of view, pancakes are tasty here. A lot of visitors order good coffee. Perkins is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You are to be pleasantly impressed with reasonable prices at this place. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is charming. As for the Google rating, this spot earned 4.1.

The service was great, but the food was just ok. We drive all the way from Rochester, NY, to get Perkins pancakes since there is not a location near us. We try to go to different Perkins locations every time we go to Pennsylvania, so we were a little disappointed with the food at this location. We will go back to see if the next visit will be better. Very friendly server and staff, cracking jokes with my family and yet still were very attentive when we needed something. The atmosphere was very family friendly and even was able to have some friendly conversations with other customers next to our table. The food was delicious, the sizes were very proportional and certainly filled our stomachs so much we took food home. The food arrived in a timely manner with very limited waiting time. Terrible it’s 9/22/23 idk who the first shift manager is but I told them my food tasted like chemicals I instantly threw up in the trash uncontrollably so I called the restaurant I was respectful and told them the issue because I know how it is working in fast food I did it for 4 years the manager was completely Disrespectful And didn’t help me she left me on hold for a whole hour then hung up and wouldn’t answer back 1/10 Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are 4 Canadians who had dinner there on Aug 10/23. Our experience with the staff was amazing. Food was delicious and served hot. We had interaction with Kate (not our waitress) who was a wonderful young lady to talk to. Our waitress (and sadly we can’t remember her name) was terrific. She informed us that our meals was paid for by a couple sitting near us. We totally aback by their lovely gesture. The waitress said they were regulars and we asked that she passes along our Thankyou. We always love this Perkins when in Erie. The food was okay. Everything was just okay. Some items on the menu we were told weren't available when we were seated and began to order. That was a disappointment. The waitress wasn't attentive even though the restaurant wasn't busy that day. And the food took longer than usual to come out. I'm pretty sure we waited over 30 minutes. Maybe they were short staffed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this spot. Don't think I'll be going back. But as I always like to say, give it a try and decide for yourself. I've been to multiple Perkins restaurants across Pennsylvania and surrounding states but this one was very disappointing! Although the staff was very friendly the food was deceiving, my parents both ordered a skillet dish and they said it wasn't even hot and it tasted like cafeteria food, my sister ordered the country fried steak and she said it was tough and tasteless, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was the driest beef patty I have ever had and it was burnt a little, the only thing that was good there our trip there was the cookies and the other desserts! I know Perkins is a great establishment and almost always has great food but this location let me down, do not plan on going again next time in Erie. We went for a late breakfast. It was right around the Church rush so they were really busy. I have food allergies and my order is usually a bit complicated. I was worried that our food would take a long time or come out wrong. Our waitress was so nice. Our food came out so fast and everything was perfect! We were so impressed with the speed and quality of our food. We definitely will be going back. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20
