Great staff. Music was a bit loud for my taste but also plenty of people talking , so it was probably appropriate. Havana cappuccino is sooo good. Wish we had Peets in NH or Maine! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Service is good overall but can be spotty and cleaniness is a concern. Our barrista was nice but got two aspects of our order wrong on my wife's latte order. He was extremely nice and fixed the order but it was well after my coffee got cold. No big deal but still a consideration. Also, the restroom had fecal matter on a hand bar and that shows how they don’t clean well. So, one star on atmosphere.
