Booked Platinum City Gaming for a team building holiday party and it was the BEST choice. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, Karaoke and the bumper cars were a highlight for our group, and the food and drinks were 10/10. The team is still talking about the amazing time they had and we can't wait to book our next visit!

Kids and adults have alot of fun. Birthday was great. The food is delicious. Plenty of games. Bumper cars was fun. Staff is friendly & always helpful & kind. I highly recommend bringing your kids. It's super affordable

What a wonderful establishment!! I cannot say enough positive things about the owner as well! Friendly environment and staff. Lots to do!! My kiddo had an absolute BLAST yesterday!! Thank you for a great time!

My husband and I had a great time in the smash room! The safety gear was clean, they gave us plenty of bottles, and we had fun using the variety of bats, sledgehammers, and golf clubs to break the bottles. We can’t wait to go back!

The location was not hard to find and surprisingly not too busy. I was greeted immediately by staff when I walked in the door and got to hear about everything available at this location as well as having any questions answered that came up. They have bumper cars. The area is a little small, but I saw plenty of families go into that area and they were all smiles and laughs. There is half court basketball that can be rented out. Saw several kids who enjoyed letting off energy while playing some 2v2. There is also an area with retro and new gaming consoles and pcs with a huge variety of games. If planning to have a live stream event be sure to call ahead. If you plant to play laser tag, nerf arena, or gelly ball, be sure to call ahead as well. There is a bounce house for the little ones. I saw smaller children who were more than content with jumping around inside. A pool table is available at $6 an hour. The VR eggs are fun to try if you have never experienced VR. Some people are prone to motion sickness and may not have a good experience, but I enjoyed it. The website says the price is $10 for one or $15 for two. I was charged $35, but they let us enjoy multiple ride simulations so I had no complaints. You can also rent out the smash room. Pretty self explanatory, but I will go into detail. You can rent the smash room, you must sign a waiver, and wear protective gear. Inside you get to smash stuff like bottles and whatever else they might have on hand. You can use different tools like a bat, golf club, or sledgehammer. It can get loud, but great for kids (and adults/couples) to let off steam and pent up aggression. The rest of the arcade includes arcade games and redemption (ticket) games. You purchase a card to play the games. The prices are listed on the kiosk. We chose the free play option which allows 60 minutes of gameplay for $20, but you are unable to play redemption games. They also have keno, lottery, I think I saw a jukebox, coin pushers, and candy vending machines. There is a full bar, where you can order small meals and snacks through the food truck, an atm, and a rest room on site. Don't expect a corporate/franchise type experience. Staff are laid back/chill, but more than willing to help out if you treat them with respect.

Platinum City Gaming is run by an ignorant, lazy man who is more focused on making quick money than building his own brand. He has recently added smash rooms and done so in a dangerous manner. He has customers break dangerous items, toxic items with no warnings. His packages, descriptions, prices, wording and all, are 100% stolen from a neighboring, well established rage room; Just Smash it Avon. As small business owners, it is people like Rashaud and these types of business that are affecting our industry. Rather than building his own brand, with his own research, products and packages, I wouldn't be surprised if ALL of his services are copied and pasted from some other business. NEVER doing business with this place again. What a shame. Maybe if he focused on his OWN ideas, the place wouldn't be so cramped, and messy.

Platinum City Gaming is a chill environment to hang out. Be warned if you you don’t like glass smashing this is not for you. You can play arcade games, win ducks, do bumper cars, karaoke, play basketball, Having a bad day and need to relief stress they even have a smash room, and of course my favorite thing play pool. I also love the duck machine. Every time I have come I have always got kind and awesome service. I def give this place a 5/5.

PLATINUM GAMING WITH THE NEW RENOVATIONS WAS ALL THAT!! THE KIDS AND I HAD A BALL PLAYING DODGEBALL AND RIDING THE BUMPER CARS STAFF WAS AMAZING AND DERICK WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.... THE PIZZA OOH MAN GOOD PIZZA 🍕 EVERYTHING WAS FUN COMFORTABLE AND AFFORDABLE DEFINITELY WORTH IT AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN 👍🏻

The owner is a very cool guy - friendly employees. Fun for kids and even adults. Awesome little basketball court. Very chill vibe - full bar.
