WE PAID $150 AND GOT ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD, WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT AT 11PM!! If I could give this "restaurant" even less stars I would! I don't recommend it to anyone after our going on Valentines Day. For a high end restaurant they should seriously be ashamed of themselves! From a two hour wait, to HAIR IN OUR FOOD, then half the food being BURNT, and the other half being completely RAW. It just kept getting worse and worse. First of all it took FOURTY minutes, yes I said 40 minutes to get a drink. We had ordered a charcuterie board at that same time as the drinks and they came out together. That thing was so disgusting we couldnt even eat it. We told the waitress it was probably one of the worst things we have ever had and she laughs and goes "Oh my gosh I know I couldnt even eat it" and took it away barely touched. We should of known at that point things werent going well but we decided to stick it out. 20 minutes later we still had no food and the waitress finally offered us some rolls. We were starving at that point because it was almost ten at night! She not only brought us out ROCK HARD ROLLS but the butter had HAIR IN IT! At that point I'm just about gagging because it was in my mouth and we waited at least ten minutes for the girl to come back to the table and we tell her theres HAIR IN THE BUTTER AND SHOW HER, and she goes "oh my gosh im sorry" and takes it away. At that point she should of gotten at very least a manager and didnt. I told my husband I wanted to get up and walk out but he didnt want to cause a scene even though they had already ruined our night. So FINALLY just under two hours later our food comes out and i look at my husbands and his CHICKEN IS BURNT and vegetables are uncooked and my STEAK IS BURNT TO A CRISP ON THE OUTSIDE RAW AND BLOODY INSIDE. AND WAS SO TOUGH IT WAS STRINGY AND COULD BARELY BE CUT! We told the girl this and all she said was do you want me to package it for you to go? We said no just bring us the check! We paid ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS AND LEFT HAVING ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD!!! We left all the food on the table and walked away!! She never got us a manager, she never offered to take anything off the bill. We were as nice as you could possibly be because we werent trying to cause a scene with so many people there and with it being Valentines. That's also why we didnt just come out and ask for a manager either. This restaurant and the management should really be ashamed. The waitress at the very least should of made management aware of what was going on. We will not be going back. My husband has a large company here in town that used to use them for meetings and after this he wont use them again. So not only are they going to lose ALL of our business, next time someone asks us about this place we will tell them about our experience and recommend somewhere else especially after how we were treated. Didnt care that the food was TERRIBLE as long as they got paid. And if a manager would like to talk about this, I'll be more than happy to be contacted. We are not fine dining people. We tried several other places but the wait times were hours long. Park Heights could get us right in, so we nervously gave it a shot. The menu is very limited and isn’t what we typically see when we eat out. We are more Texas Road House people lol. My wife had the Lobster Tempura sushi roll, my son had chicken tenders and fries, my daughter had buttered noodles, and I had the steak frites. For dessert we had bread pudding with ice cream. FYI, the children’s menu is just chicken tenders with fries or buttered noodles. We all really enjoyed our meals, as everything tasted delicious. Our server was friendly however wasn’t as attentive as we would have liked. Overall, we really enjoyed Park Heights and would recommend. Park Heights has become a favorite date spot for me and my partner! We’ve been twice, on a slow evening and during the Valentine’s Day weekend rush and both times, our food and service have been exceptionally good! We’re fond of the Duck Confit Egg Rolls, which were crispy and flavorful as well as the Steak Frites with parmesan truffle fries! On our most recent outing to Park Heights I ordered the Ribeye, and while it’s definitely a splurge it was so worth it! It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is upscale and inviting, staff were friendly and prompt! Park Heights is a must try while in Downtown Tupelo! The absolute worst experience at a so-called “fine dining” restaurant that I’ve ever had. $129 spent for inedible food, hair in it, burnt, undercooked, and waited over a hour for the food to be brought out. I kindly mentioned each issue as they arose to our waitress…she agreed and apologized but did not get a manager nor bring replacement food. I never shirk paying a bill so I paid in full when nothing was offered to be removed from the tab… I paid mostly for the right to post this honest review in hopes that the reader saves themselves the displeasure of this experience. They were fantastic! Service was amazing! We had the mushroom pasta dish and asked chicken as a protein and worth every single penny. Just go. You'll enjoy every second of it Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wow.....delicious! I had a pomegranite martini which was really yummy. My husband and I shared the scallop appetizer....cooked perfectly. I had the Halibut....also cooked just right. The place was buzzing with activity due to a private party but it didn't affect us getting great timely service. It is pricey but definitely worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! We don't mind spending some good money for a good meal!! It was our 42nd wedding anniversary. So, living it up. Got a charcuterie board $22., which was good, but how can you screw up noncooked meat, cheeses, and fruit!! We had went on line an decided want we were going to eat, and it wasn't on the menu. Surprising, but ok. I ordered a 16 oz. New strip to come with asparagus and truffle mashed potatoes $44, husband ordered steak frites with truffle parm. Fries $29. I ordered steak medium, which when I got home, "Thank god," it was still Flippin mooing!!! I lifted steak, and the potatoes were COVERED in BLOOD from the steak!!! Instead of asparagus, which I LOVE, I got carrots, parsnips, and broccoli that had a char on it so bad it was bitter and there was nothing left of the broccoli. The carrots you had to cut with a SHARP knife because they were so raw. Took 1 ONE bite of steak!! Had absolutely NO FLAVOR, I MEAN NONE. It was weird like they had soaked it in water and took the steak flavor right out of it!!! Husbands was delicious!! We took our meal home while cutting steak. I couldn't believe how red it was no wonder the potatoes were soaked in blood, and I could hear mooing sounds coming from the box. Holy Hell!! NEVER EVER AGAIN Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The atmosphere was great. Very nice decorations and finishes throughout the restaurant. We really enjoyed the charcuterie board. My wife got the steak frites and I had the filet. The food was a little underwhelming for our expectations. It was not bad by any means, but we left desiring just a little bit more. The restaurant was busy but we had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. I asked if they had a vegan/vegetarian option because there was not one on the menu. The waitress said they would make me one. I saw a plate with french fries that looked good so I asked for them to be added to my meal. I eat out quite often and this was by far the most comical vegetable plate I have received, a small portion of asparagus and a large portion of soggy, cold fries. The worst part of the dining experience was what they charged for my fries and asparagus: $18.00! I will say the restaurant is beautifully decorated and our drinks were great.
