Love the upgraded restaurant and added quality to the already great service and food. Love their fish tacos and ceviche tostadas. I recommend this place in downtown San fernando. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible customer service. I've been going here for a few years now, so I've witnessed the decline of their customer service. I usually go on Saturday after 5 p.m., and the servers are horrible. I would normally dismiss this as a one-time incident, but it keeps happening. The servers spend their whole time talking to men in the bar. I wanted to refill my drinks and order more food, and they never came to our table until I got up and went for help. This has happened 3 different times. They also got my order wrong a number of times and overcharged me. When I ask them to correct my bill, the servers have an attitude. I also don't like that they charge you extra if you pay by card and less if you pay cash. I will no longer be eating here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place was recently remodeled so I went to check it out. Got the special and ordered a cucumber margarita because it sounded good for 11.99 which was fair. Food came and I wanted salsa on my taco. I asked the lady for salsa for my tacos. She looked at me and then pointed to the table that had three bottles of hot sauce two I didn’t know, and one was Tapatio. She said So do you want chips and salsa? I said no just salsa from my tacos would be nice. She proceeded to bring it out. So I got the bill and lo and behold my 1199 margarita was 1499 and they charge me for chips and salsa. I went to the counter to talk to our server and I said, what is this charge for chips and salsa? She said I told you there was hot sauce on the table I said you never told me that you were going to charge me for salsa and besides, you didn’t even bring me the chips. she said you want me to pack it up to go? OK fine I’ll pay for it. I said, what about the margarita? She said what about it I said it says 1199 on the menu and on the bill it says 1499 What’s up? another server but it in and said 1499 is for the big one. I said, then why do you have only one price on the menu? She said the server was supposed to tell me that (She didn’t) I said, did I get the big one? She said I don’t know. Then I said, how do you know 1499 was the right price then? All huffy she said, I’ll just take it off. I will NEVER Go here again I don’t mind paying for my meal. I just don’t like getting ripped off. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customers service very bad. Feels and looks like animals work there and they work for animals also. No silverware for customers, no extra plate. They don’t remember exact the order. It's the absolute cutest place. We ate outside, beautiful day, the service was amazing the staff is awesome the surrounding area is tranquil and peaceful. The food here is fantastic. I ordered several things and order more to go. You have to come by here it is a must. Park in front 2hr or back unlimited time. Very delicious food, i was craving ceviche and this was the perfect spot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the michelada, next time I'll get it with shrimp. I loved the outdoor seating. Perfect little courtyard for chilling out and eating. stop in, you will love it!

I've had Mexican food all over Los Angeles, and the honest-to-God truth is this: everything North of the Hollywood Hills is the real deal, no BS, incredible food. Everything south of the Hollywood Hills is mediocre at best*. Papa Juan's is an incredible and precise experience for Baja grill. The ingredients are superb and fresh, the presentation is vibrant and colorful, and the taste? It's perfect. There's no other way to describe it. No other word correctly defines it. Compared to most other places, Papa Juan's is simply put: an absolute knockout. It's overwhelming how much love goes into this place.

Being in the mood for some Fish Tacos led me to an unexpected hidden gem in Sylmar called Papa Juan's. It was like stepping into a private garden. The fish tacos are absolutely delicious and a nice size. This is not your average street taco. Normally, I put a lot salsa and toppings on my tacos to add more flavor. These fish tacos taste good without all the extras. What I also loved about this place is that it's located in something called Library Plaza. And yes, there is a beautiful LA County Library right next door. I will definitely make this my "Go To" spot for fresh fish tacos.

Just arrived and seating is all outdoors. Patios is nice . I have my dog, but didn’t ask if they are pet friendly. So he’s waiting in the car in the shade. The food was good. I will definitely come again. And I will make sure to see if they are pet friendly.

It is kinda hidden, but just follow the sign at the entrance, is just straight ahead, this is not your regular taco place! It is gourmet food! So each taco costs more than average, but they have great flavor, unless you go on happy hour, i believe is fridays they have $2 fish tacos, they have lobster, fish and shrimp tacos, they also have this "Deep fried shrimp Quesadilla" omg... 😋🙃, but no matter what you get, everything is great, just make sure to ask for extra "spicy mayo" on the side, you will want more!, dessert is also amazing, you wont leave hungry thats for sure
