Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve nicely cooked chicken salads, grilled chicken and meat sandwiches here. Try good biscuits. Don't miss the opportunity to try delicious coffee, lemonade or ice tea. The cozy atmosphere of this cafe allows guests to relax after a hard working day. The terrific staff at Panera Bread can show how much they value their clients. A number of visitors find that the service is fine. Also, guests recommend this place because of low prices. But people rate this spot below average on Google.

The food is a joke and it makes the prices kind of offensive. They have been cutting corners on ingredients since covid lockdowns. Don’t waste your money. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a spicy chicken take sandwich from this location. It's a sandwhich I usually get and it's quite tasty, but what I got is nothing in comparison. I don't know what monstrosity this is, but instead of the chicken breast it looks like they slapped sliced chicken for a salad onto a bun, then put pepper as in the seasoning instead of the spicy sauce, and stale pickle chips. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted. They didn't even try, looks like someone needs to be retrained. Corporate gave me a coupon I can use for a $12 sandwich, despite the one I got being $14. I'm in no way happy with the compensation. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The food was excellent as always, and the sandwich was massive. The only "complaint" is one that has followed Panera recently, and that is the price. A sandwich meal (includes 1 drink and chips) plus 2 cookies came to over $30. Like I said, it was a huge and excellent sandwich, but don't expect any meal to be inexpensive here. They ran out of bread bowls at the location, North Chelmsford. It was an hour before you closed so makes sense. However, Jamil and Alejandro really took great care of us and made sure we had before we left. The customer skills was great. They made an OK visit a great visit. Please recognize them for making great food and giving great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

NOTE: Panera Customer Service contacted me re my original review and provided a Credit to be used on my next order which I did appeciate and that is now reflected in my Service rating. ********** Today I had by far my worse experience with Panera Online Ordering and Delivery. My Mediterranean Warm Bowl (which I've had several times in the past) was ridiculously sparce for $15+ and included None of the extra ingredients requested (including $1.49 for Avocado) and for which I paid. The Fench Onion Soup not only did NOT have the extra cheese requested, but had NO croutons which rendered this NOT French Onion Soup. For spending $33+, there was not adequate food for one person vs the two for which I ordered!! I have photos which you may want. Sometimes there can be a language barrier. This is when ordering on the app doesn't work out or the kiosk doesn't apply my rewards properly. When I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl for example, it got entered as just a normal bowl. However, I was given a bread bowl after bringing this up -- the staff can work with you if something comes up. However, when I order on the Panera app, it usually turns out well. You're best off ordering from the app or the kiosk. I would like the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza more if it didn't skimp out on the toppings. That flatbread is $11. The amount of chicken they serve on this flatbread is ok, but the bacon not so much (it's very small). For "extra bacon" (i.e. a "normal" amount) you pay $2 extra. Unlimited sip club is an amazing deal. The Colombian roast is usually hot. Hazelnut coffee can be lukewarm sometimes. If the coffee dispensers don't come out showing the steam, you'll likely get slightly warm coffee which will then turn room temperature after putting in cream. Bring this up with staff if it happens to you. A few things I do want to point out: - The Drum Hill location tends to be "Sold Out" of items frequently. While I do usually arrive around a couple hours before close (like 7:30/8 PM), it's not common to see even bagels sold out along with other sandwiches or food items you might have wanted. - I don't know who found it a good idea to price a small tub of cream cheese the same as a bagel. Pay $2 for a bagel, then $2 for a small tub of cream cheese. Seriously? There's literally a Hannaford in the same plaza where for a little more than $2 you get a *FULL* tub of cream cheese. This is just nonsense. - Signature Chicken Sandwich, while it was delicious to me, is definitely not worth $12-$13. This is not a good company decision as there is a Five Guys in the same plaza where you can get a bacon burger for slightly less. - The warm bowls are insanely overpriced. The teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl was pretty good, but definitely not worth $13. Just get chicken teriyaki at your local Chinese restaurant. Most of my visits here do tend to be good, but the above observations are important. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
Clean, quick service and good food. I had their flatbread sausage pepperoni pizza, not my fav but it was good.
Strongly not recommend!! They called COP to report me, just because I was using LAPTOP alone in the corner (with face cover on and 6-feet to others ). And the service here is terrible worse than any other Panera I went. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10
Loved this place. Decent options for vegetarian. The Mediterranean sandwich and tomato soup was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Caramel latte and salted caramel cookie were also delicious . Good for family hangout.
