It's one of the better places to get coffee and chill in Decatur. Panera kinda expensive on food but at least worth it. Good ol reliable panera. I think that one manager who did all the coke don't work there no more so 5 stars all day. Hopefully they ain't working em that hard no more. I submit order and instead of your website or even staff saying it isn't ready yall let me waste my time waiting longer and no staff coming to correct it or come talk to me letting me know the bread wasn't available. Instead I see my order go from prepping to ready. At that point figured it's busy so I'll wait a few. No orderes come out after 5 more minutes so I went to the counter. They informed me no bread option I selected. So I call and ask my mom what she wants and she gave two options. At that point they say no and I said then just cancel the order since my mom didn't want sour dough bread. I then stated yall should update your website and cancel my order. A few minutes later they call my phone and they inform my wife that I was angry customer. Umm no I said update your website and cancel order. They then tell my wife they can make the food...if it was that simple how come they couldn't then ?!? The bread magically appear?! Just a joke. Yall are gas lighting. Anytime you'd like to apologize me, employees who were working, and manager can sit and watch the interaction. Because you all lied on the line and on the phone to my wife.
