Update 2 ***.A few months later and they've devolved back into madness. Seems like they only act accordingly when the big boss is there. Food is ok. Workers will be the cause of this panera failing. Oh, well. Update 1***They've made improvements in the months since my original review. When they are on point. Their Chipotle chicken and avocado breakfast bun with the mango yuzu drink is literally the best meal of my day. Love hate relationship. Terrible, careless service. They will mess up your order and then look at you as though you have inconvenienced them. Only two ppl speak English, and they never work on the same days. Mistakes happen. They were out of all bread types. They were out of the drinks. Out of all pastries. Absolutely ridiculous! I love Panera but this location is a disaster. They also told me that my order was ready but when I went up they said it’s not ready and it wasn’t ready for another 5 minutes. This location didn't include part of our take-out order and then refused to refund the amount they charged us for the missing item unless we came back IN PERSON to recieve the refund. They were very unhelpful and uncooperative on the phone and seemed very comfortable with taking our money for a product we didn't recieve. I'd recommend getting takeout from literally anywhere else until they advance to 2024 technology. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich I ordered was horrible. It smelled like chemicals and tasted like chemicals. Even after being open to air for 1 hour it still smells strongly like disinfectant or some sort of chemical. i just hope I don’t get sick from the one bite I swallowed before realizing something is wrong with it.
