I almost go here everyday fast service and clean restaurant. absolutely love this Panera Bread! My day starts with a cup of black coffee from there. I visit weekly for my kids' breakfast bagels. The service and food quality have always been top-notch. My experience here was immaculate. I came in the store around 5:40pm for a late cup of coffee. As I was pouring my drip, I was curious on just how long ago the coffee was brewed since I was getting a late cup. I asked a worker, Samir, what time was the last brew happened, and he gave me that look of disappointment. He and I both knew that the coffee in there was a bit stagnant, so in an instant he said, “Hold up” and went to the back and within a short time came back with a fresh cup of coffee. I was truly amazed by the experience of this service and how he knew what I wanted without asking. Poorly run. Scheduled pickup order was 40 minutes late. Staff were running around like crazy, but very little was actually coming out of the kitchen. If you go, I recommend checking your order, we found that some items were missing when we finally got the food home.
