So every Panera is kinda the same. Food hits it out of the park. The one here in Brentwood is getting a little worn down. The boothes all have holes or patches. Dirty floors. Weird thing is that the place was packed and every time I've gone has been packed. So you'd think they would invest in making it look good too. Service just not exist spend their almost 10 minutes in front of the register with four more people no one even bothered to see what’s going on. If we need any help total ignorance it seems like some employee just don’t care or just don’t want to do their job. I don’t have a lot of expectation just a small reminder to the people that in charge on that branch I’m a businessman. I have a company if my secretary or my people in my business were acting or treating customers like that I will fire them in a heartbeat not a rocket sign just be behind the register and take the stupid order. Don’t make people wait forever. I ended up walking out because I couldn’t wait any longer total ignorance. It’s a shame Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
