So I usually love P.F. Chang’s and come to this location often, however last night was was not so great the waiter was very sweet but the food not so great I got Chang’s spice chicken which I always get I asked for a sauce on the side which I always do. Now I’m not sure what the watery soup is but it’s not sauce it was watery and gross I asked for them to remake it and the clear one was bought out at this point I’m pissed it’s not even the color it’s suppose to be and still watery very Unexceptional. I went to P.F. Chang’s to celebrate all three of our Birthdays. We are all born in December. It was super sweet. When we got there they wrote us a b-day card. They gave us a Birthday ornaments. Brought out a free dessert with sparklers. It was a great experience and we loved the food. My daughter has an anaphylactic food allergy. They were able to make her food allergy free. Great experience. Server was so nice!!

We have been to this location several times. If you are going at night or on the weekend, I would highly recommend making a reservation. The wait gets longer, close to and sometimes over an hour on the weekends. Even with reservations, we have had to wait up to 20 minutes after our reservation for a table. Most times its a bit annoying as there are several open clean tables, meanwhile there is a long wait. Could possibly be due to being understaffed as this is not the only restaurant in the area that has this issue. Overall, the food is consistently good. Service more often than not is good as well and that’s what keeps us coming back. I took my son here for a pre holiday meal and everything we got was amazing. The apps came out super fast but then we had to wait a bit for the entrees, which was not a problem, however, they comped us a free dessert AND appetizer. Our server was super nice and kept checking on us. This is now our new favorite place to eat, since the food always comes out amazing. For the price of entrees that I paid, there should’ve been food to take home. The food itself is mediocre and just abit better quality then your regular Chinese restaurant. I don’t see the hype in this place. The dimmed lighting made it look cool. Food overall would be a 6.5/10. The chicken fried rice was the best. The pepper steak was abit cold. Every time we go out I pray we get a good waitress/waiter, going out should be a nice experience which the personnel can really bring up or down… and since it’s a break from the kitchen for us, we want to sit down, relax and enjoy. Tonight, we went to this place after several years and it was a lovely experience we are pleased with. Our waiter, Mr. Raymond was excellent in all the sense that word carries. Peaceful presence, very kind, we asked him questions about the menu he was very happy to answer, and in the end, we even got to ask him about the Terracota Warriors inside the rest. as well as the horses outside and he shared with us about it. Raymond is the reason we are writing this long review. The hostess too was very kind and super patient with me, and there was a very nice waitress cleaning the tables and she too was super helpful and nice too. We’re glad we went back tonight. Food was great, but the service made it even better. The music is way too loud, but we knew every song LOL! We’ll be back. Thank you Raymond! I was disappointed with the food options. A person in my party had a food allergy and received a special menu. However a lot of the things that were on the special menu were not available. The kitchen only had one allergy free or safe wok to prepare the food. That cost their food to come out way after others in our party. We were almost done with our food before they received theirs. Mark our server was exactly what you want I'm your server & more! Polite, great energy, attentive, great conversation and didn't have to ask for anything.... he was on it! Samantha the bartender..... coming from a 25+yr veteran bartender & bar/restaurant manager.... made one of the best organic margaritas I've had in a very long time! The second, after a compliment from the first, brought over personally with a beautiful smile and thank you! Both are enough to just go back & ask for them again besides the food being amazing! Great spot for dinner! Our server Mark was great. I have a mushroom allergy and after letting him know that, he brought out a personalize printed out menu that had all mushroom free options. Great way to deal with allergies. We had crispy green bean fries, BBQ ribs, sweet & sour chicken, and crispy honey shrimp. Personable employees, a good cocktail drink choices and satisfactory menu items. The midnight ritual was a tad sweet based on the recipe not bc of the bartenders- both of them were absolutely great. The dynamite shrimp and dynamite roll were yummy. Can’t say enough about our bartender who took the time to recreate a drink to our liking and was happy to go out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our adult beverages- Mohamed was excellent.
