My first time there. We sat in the bar zone. Several TV's big bar zone in the center of the room. Brown bread is a free appetizer very good. Don't get me wrong I like outback and the food is good but this location shouldn't be operating... The biggest problem at this location is management.. It's unquestionably horrible and the way the employees get treated by management is beyond me I hope nature takes it's course and this place shuts down I know they are behind in sales and in all ways lacking... Lisa and Gabe the people who run this place lack common sense in this industry I hope they resign or retire soon for everyones sake ! 1/5 stars Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice dinner, great service. Our taste doesn't tolerate spicy well, so the sauces for blooming onion and grilled shrimp weren't enjoyable. Would be nice to have an alternate served or offered. I just had lunch here and couldn’t believe that such a horrible steak came from a steakhouse. We ordered the new Filet Sheila and Ribeye medium, but the meat was much tougher than well-done steaks in other places. It was even hard to cut with a knife, and you can imagine what it felt like in our mouths. Even the steak at Qdoba is better than this, while it’s less than $20, and here it’s almost $100! The service was also bad. There were less than 10 people in the restaurant, but we waited more than 30 minutes just to order! This is our first and definitely our last time coming to Outback. Well...Food was a solid 1 star, I'm not sure what these other people on here are referring to but they clearly don't know what good or even decent food is. I had five or six different entrees here plus several appetizers and none of them were even close to good. It's worse then fast food. Even the beer I ordered to wash down this grotesque over greasy food was close to flat and barely cold. This is the third time I've tried outback steakhouse and it still has yet to impress me. They said it was "Newly Remodeled" but clearly what needs to be remodeled is the food and not to worry about how the place looks. Service was a little short with us but otherwise good. Good place for casual date. Burgers were juicy. Side salad option was better choice than fries. I ordered a pina colada. Ice was not blended finely. Not recommended at all. If you are looking for a gourmet burger with a reasonable price, this is the one. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went for dinner on a Sunday evening and there were no wait times. The young lady serving was was nice and polite. Ordered a Blooming Onion burger, Mac n Cheese, and a Prime Rib with a blue cheese wedge salad with too much dressing on it. The burger was very average (below average for the price) but our fault for ordering a burger at a steakhouse. Prime Rib and the Mac n Cheese were definitely worth it. Eating out is a treat these days and the meal felt a little bit expensive but what isn't these days. I experienced good customer service from the start to the end. Greetings were friendly. The waitress was very nice, polite, and friendly. The restroom 🚻 was clean. Nice restaurant and pretty good food, although a bit overpriced in my opinion. Blooming onion is a must try. Server was friendly and attentive. Place wasn't too crowded midweek for an early dinner but it started to pick up later on.
