So glad the peanuts are gone! Excellent food at reasonable prices. Everyone is super sweet and the place is well staffed and clean. It's the better place to go especially on Sunday when everyone is at Norms. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My dining experience was an absolute nightmare. Two hours of waiting for my food turned into a lesson of patience, only to end with an empty stomach and a feeling of utter contempt for the establishment's incompetence. The staff's indifference and failure to communicate about the delay sealed the deal on this horrible display of customer service. I suppose it was our mistake coming in right at 8pm on a slow night, and should have known they close at 9 so we were kinda imposing. The server did her best to remain polite despite our presence and did come take our drink and meal orders after only ten minutes or so with only a very light sigh. Food came promptly and was good. If you're looking for a good steak or a good prime rib, this is not the place to go. Their prime ribs and steaks are dried out and not tender or juicy at all. I guess that's about what you can reasonably expect from a cheap steakhouse. Their ambiance is nice. They have some nice cocktails and margaritas. But as for steak, which is what they supposedly specialize in, don't even bother. If you order a prime rib rare, it won't be even close to rare. It has way too much gray inside. As for steaks, they're incapable of cooking them Pittsburgh style, which is the only proper way to cook a steak. In other words, they're incapable of getting a hard sear on the outside while still keeping a rare to medium rare internal temperature. We visited Original Roadhouse Grill so my Mother could visit with her Great Grandchild. The food was delicious and the service was very accommodating. They made another steak when the one we had was less than expected. I will return because of the service. It felt the restaurant was understaffed but they weren't busy either. The food was awesome. The place was not too busy, but we still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. The server seemed out of it. Made us repeat our orders, and it seemed as though she was not sure how to enter our orders on the tablet. The flat wear we were first given didn't seem clean.
