The food is a unique american asian cuisine with some surprises. I definitely recommend it for folks who like to try a restaurant that doesn't perfectly fit the mould of a particular cuisine. Nice service, reasonably good ambience and good food. Pretty good! Tapas style. Was a little confused when I started ordering but overall food was great! Oysters were small but sweet and fresh. KFC was pretty filling, we ordered 2 for 4 people. The curry udon was nice, not too spicy, also filling. Biscuits were nice crispy and buttery, the whipped butter was fluffy and sweet, and the bacon was caramelized. It was a very good experience. Food is great but portions are pretty small for the price. And definitely make reservations or expect to wait 30-45 min or sit at a communal table. My fiancé and I shared a loco moco and the croque madame, both of which we really enjoyed and it was one of the better loco mocos I’ve ever had - we had other food plans in the afternoon but if we didn’t we’d still be hungry from the two plates. Would recommend coming in a large group to try several tapas. Very chill and vibey brunch atmosphere, service can be a bit slow but every one was super nice. so good ! I came here for the first time in awhile with my family and friends, and it was cool to see how the menu has changed up its entrees. Food: I got the grilled cheese sandwich which I was at first, pretty disappointed due to its looks so I had low expectations, but do not judge a book by its cover guys cuz this sandwich was so good. I wish there would have been a little more cheese in it but the amount of spinach in there was just right and I LOVED the toastiness of the sourdough bread. It was crisp, warm, but not burnt or hard. My favorite part for sure was the fig jam spread all over the bread, giving it sweetness that complemented the cheese so beautifully. The B.B.B. is great as always with biscuits and butter so fluffy that I have never had anywhere else. The garlic fries were really good as well, the fires had a crispiness to it that very few places have to offer or can master at all. Environment: The place is very clean, including the nicely decorated restrooms! Seating can be indoor or outdoor on the patio, place is pretty rustling and bustling so loud talking atmosphere, giving the place a lot of life and moving energy. Service: service is great, the waiters are very well versed with the menu and can tell you about each menu item, giving their own recommendations and are very patient as well. There is already a mandated tip fee and it is listed at the bottom of the menu for full transparency about why they do so which I greatly appreciate.
