Our waiter Kaine was amazing to the extreme. He was fast, efficient, and attentive. Basically, everything you want in a good waiter. He was good, humored, and fun to talk to knowledgeable of the menu and really made the experience Five Star Plus. The manager D was also very good. He checked on us twice to make sure that we were enjoying our visit. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend the chicken fettuccine alfredo. Probably the best Alfredo sauce I've ever eaten. I asked if they sold it by the gallon. It was that good. This is hands down a secret little slice of foodie heaven!! We’ve been here twice now while visiting family and everything we’ve eaten has been 10 Stars!! It’s clear they take pride in their menu! Atmosphere is small town bar/restaurant and the service is nice. But the food speaks for itself!! Highly recommend! I am visiting the area, a group of 10 of us went for lunch. Our waitress was attentive without hovering. To me that is perfect. A couple others from the staff asked if we needed anything on their way by, and also didn't hover. To me, that is an awesome staff. The food each of us ordered was presented well and delicious. Great place, great staff, great food!! The fried gator was fantastic and the Cajun chicken and waffles tasted as great as it looked. Relaxed enough to hang with friends or bring the family but the food is definitely date worthy too. We will be back! All the food my family and I ordered was amazing. The fries were the best kind. The good kind. I also had chicken and waffles. Not something I would usually order but I've been in a waffle mood and they were perfect, not too sweet. Drinks are cheap as hell but I'm not from here so it's all relative. Our server was Kane! We watched this place open in Azle years ago, and first heard mixed reviews. Many years later, we finally tried them out. We have been missing out! When we found out they had homemade onion rings, my wife and I both had to order a side of them, absolutely my favorite thing there! I don't think there is anywhere else in Azle to get homemade onion rings, and they might have been the best i have ever had! My wife had a shrimp pasta dish with an Alfredo sauce, and we really think the Alfredo sauce might have been homemade as well! I had the chicken fried steak, and while it was quite large, it wasn't my favorite. We will definitely be back to try more items! And the two for 22 special was a great deal! This little place was top notch. It was recommended by a family member and did not disappoint. The New York strip was cooked perfectly and the grilled lemon pepper chicken was awesome. Chicken fried steak you could tell was done with love and not fast food style. The Mac and cheese was the second best I’ve had next to my own lol. After leaving a not so good review I was very surprised to get a response from the manager/owner. They did an amazing job of taking care of the situation. We went back and were not disappointed. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our dinner. Wendy and her trainee were spectacular and the food was amazing. Although our first experience was not good they fixed it and we will be going back. Thank you On the Patio for making our night amazing!
